FALL CREEK
Welcoming its first residents in 2003, Fall Creek is a 2,300-acre master-planned community which is set within the natural grandeur of Redstone Golf Club. Once development is complete, Fall Creek will have 2,500 homes. It is the only master-planned golf community located within Beltway 8.
Fall Creek is quickly growing due to its short distance from downtown Houston, just 15 miles, and Bush Intercontinental Airport which is only eight minutes away. Fifteen of the area’s top builders offer designs in Fall Creek and residents enjoy a broad spectrum of amenities, from hike-and-bike trails and catch-and-release fishing to a resort-style aquatic center and tennis courts.

Redstone Golf Club offers two magnificent 18-hole courses, the Jacobsen Hardy-designed Member Course and the Tournament Course, a public venue designed by Rees Jones and home to the Shell Houston Open. Surrounded by five acres of carefully preserved wetlands and native wildlife, Redstone Golf Club’s 31,000-square-foot practice range features a generous practice putting area, a short game practice area with chipping and pitching greens, fairway and greenside bunkers, and a driving range. Some of the world’s best golfers gather every year to compete in the Shell Houston Open, Houston’s biggest professional golf event.

Recently, several retail centers have opened \ along the Beltway offering Fall Creek residents a bevy of shopping and restaurant options. Numerous places of worship are found within the area, along with plenty of medical and dental offices.

Students stay close to home in the recently opened Fall Creek Elementary and the new Summer Creek High School which just opened in the Fall of 2009. There are many private schools, pre-schools and child-care facilities located in the immediate area as well.

The Fall Creek Community enjoys three stocked catch-and-release lakes as well as greenbelts with walking trails throughout the neighborhoods.
