There are four large communities in our service area including Atascocita, Humble, Kingwood, Spring and new developing communities including Summerwood and Fall Creek.
Atascocita - Atascocita is one of the fastest growing residential communities in the state. It is located in Northeast Harris County and is approximately 18 miles northeast downtown Houston and six miles east of Humble. Atascocita is east of Hwy 59 and bordered by Lake Houston and is experiencing robust residential and retail growth.
Humble - Humble is located in the Northeast quadrant of Harris County and covers approximately 10 square miles. The city has a very diverse population of 14,000 to 15,000 inhabitants. however, with a large number of commercial businesses located in the City, the daytime population of Humble dramatically increases.
Kingwood - Kingwood is a 14,000 acre master planned community located 23 miles northeast of Downtown Houston, just off of U.S. 59. Kingwood is divided into 21 planned "villages," each with a separate village association, distinct style, and varying home prices. In 1996 Kingwood was annexed by the city of Houston.Kingwood, also know as the "Livable Forest," was created by the Friendswood Development Company in 1971 and has grown rapidly since. The new community was named "Kingwood" after King Ranch, one of the original developers before being bought by the Friendswood Development Company.
Spring - Spring, Texas is located 20 miles north of Houston split between Harris and Montgomery Counties. Old Town Spring is a quaint turn of the century town composed of shops, restaurants, museums, and art galleries.
Summerwood - Summerwood is a 1,500-acre Master-Planned Community located at Beltway 8 and W. Lake Houston Parkway. Summerwood community has more than 200 acres devoted to recreation and nature preserves.
Fall Creek - Fall Creek is a fast growing new community located just 15 miles from downtown Houston and eight miles from Bush Intercontinental. Fall Creek is a Master Planned Community which is set within the natural splendor of Redstone Golf Club.
