Join this committee
Chair: Doug Spruill, Michael Baker, Jr. Inc.
Vice Chair: Stan Sarman, AECOM
Monthly Meetings: 2nd Tuesday at 4 p.m.
Continue our ongoing efforts to improve mobility and drainage within the community and throughout our area by keeping officials at the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), Harris County, Montgomery County, the Metropolitan Transit Authority, the City of Houston, and the City of Humble fully informed as to our transportation needs.
As needed, offer assistance to our elected officials in finding solutions to our transportation problems, supporting them in their efforts to secure the funding needed to complete street and road projects.
Remain active in support of area and regional efforts to finalize plans for and to begin construction of Interstate 69 from Canada to Mexico via U.S. Highway 59's present route with the possibility of a bypass along the Grand Parkway's planned path in the western portion of Harris County.
