Monthly Meetings: 3rd Wednesday at 12:00 p.m.
Goal: To increase and retain members through education of the value of membership in a regional chamber such as the Lake Houston Area Chamber.
 Sponsor and support a Quarterly Membership Blitz/Drive, three one-day blitzes, and one six-week drive, dates to be determined.
 Identify and develop a prospect list.
 Regular visits to area businesses to encourage membership.
 Host and attend monthly New Member Luncheons. Add increased participation by our Board Members and Committee Chairs.
 Assist new members who are unable to attend New Member Luncheon with committee(s) selection.
 Introduce new members and present Distinguished Investor plaques at the monthly luncheons.
 Attend Networking Breakfasts and Business After Hours.
 Partner with and support Ambassadors including attending ribbon cuttings for new members.
